1. Download manufacturer/wholesaler order form to your desktop.	2. Print out a copy of form.	3. e-Foot retailer takes digital image- Standing weight bearing or sitting if unable to stand.
4. Images are sent to computer.	5. Email order form with all details filled in and images attached to Manufacturer/Wholesaler	6. Manufacturer/Wholesaler assesses order form and supplies quote if required.
7. Order processed and produced.	8. Footwear once manufactured air bagged overnight to e-Foot retailer.	9.Another happy customer collects their shoes.
