The Steps in Measuring
The contour shape has been designed to accommodate as many feet
types as possible. We require four measurements Steps 1 to 4 as
follows.
Please follow these instructions for all of the steps below:
(a) Measure left and right feet
individually.
(b) Wear foot covers eg. socks,
stockings etc. that you normally wear.
(c) If you have Insole, Orthotic,
Arch support etc. measurements must be taken including this device.

To measure, place heel against wall. Place a marker at
the longest toe and measure the distance between.

| FOREFOOT WIDTH |
To measure forefoot width, take the widest points and
measure the distance between.
|
|
 |

| FOREFOOT CIRCUMFERENCE |
To measure forefoot circumference, take the widest point
and measure around the foot.

| CIRCUMFERENCE ARCH |
To measure circumference of the arch, measure the distance
around from the base of the heel to the arch.
